The advisory nature of our services, the limits of website information, and responsibility for business decisions.

Redmont Counsel

Administrative and general management consulting for small businesses.

Established October 1, 2026.
Ridgeland, Mississippi.

Questions about this page can be directed to the contact details at the end.

1. Business consulting, not regulated professional advice

Redmont Counsel provides administrative and general management consulting for small businesses. The word Counsel in our name refers to business guidance. Redmont Counsel does not provide legal representation, establish an attorney-client relationship, or operate as a law firm through this website.

Our website and listed services do not provide tax, accounting, investment, medical, engineering, cybersecurity-certification, or other regulated professional advice. A problem that involves these subjects should be referred to a suitably qualified professional.

2. A newly established company

Redmont Counsel opened on October 1, 2026. The website describes the services the company offers and the deliverables proposed for those services. It does not present a long company history, customer testimonials, client logos, completed case studies, or independently verified client results.

Descriptions of how a service can be useful explain its purpose. They should not be interpreted as evidence that a particular customer achieved a result. We will not identify a client or publish client material without appropriate permission.

3. General website information

Information on the website helps visitors understand the type of work offered, the listed fee, and the service boundaries. It is not a complete assessment of a visitor's business or a recommendation to implement a particular change without review.

The appropriate next step depends on the business context, the information available, the people involved, and the problem being addressed. An initial conversation and written scope determine whether an engagement is suitable and what the consulting work will include.

4. No guaranteed outcomes

Redmont Counsel does not guarantee revenue, profit, return on investment, savings, growth, productivity, customer retention, staffing outcomes, regulatory approval, or any other business-performance result. Listed fees are prices for consulting and the defined deliverables, not payments for a promised outcome.

Results depend on factors outside a consultant's control, including information quality, management decisions, available resources, team capacity, market conditions, implementation, and changes in the business environment. A recommendation may need to be adapted or reconsidered as these factors change.

5. Client information and assumptions

Consulting work may rely on documents, explanations, reports, and operating information supplied by the client. Unless a written scope expressly says otherwise, we do not independently audit or certify that information. Incomplete or inaccurate material can affect the conclusions and usefulness of the output.

A deliverable should identify material assumptions and limits relevant to the agreed work. Clients should correct known errors, clarify uncertainty, and review the output before applying it. An operational review is not a legal, accounting, safety, or regulatory audit.

6. Implementation and decision ownership

The business owner or authorized management team retains responsibility for business decisions and day-to-day operations. Consulting guidance does not transfer responsibility for hiring, supervision, compensation, contracts, financial obligations, compliance, software changes, or implementation to Redmont Counsel.

The listed fees do not include ongoing management or hands-on execution unless a separate written scope includes that work. Test changes in a way proportionate to their impact, consider effects on staff and customers, and obtain specialist advice where the decision involves a regulated or technical issue.

7. Planning documents and performance frameworks

An organization chart, operating plan, development roadmap, reporting framework, or written procedure is a working reference built for an agreed context. It is not a guarantee that every dependency, risk, or future event has been identified.

Performance indicators are tools for discussion and tracking, not proof of causation or a substitute for careful judgment. A metric can be affected by definitions, missing data, reporting habits, and changing conditions. A plan should be reviewed when the business or available information changes.

8. Illustrations and visual material

The illustrations on this website explain themes such as coordination, process review, responsibilities, planning, and measurement. They are conceptual visual material. They do not depict actual Redmont Counsel employees, clients, facilities, completed projects, or verified business results.

Paths, charts, flags, organizational blocks, and other visual elements should not be interpreted as factual claims about growth, scale, financial performance, or an existing customer relationship. The written service scope defines the work offered.

9. Guided assistant and request form

The Redmont Assistant provides guided responses from website information. It is a site-navigation and service-information tool, not personalized consulting. It cannot accept a project, change a fee, sign an agreement, or provide legal or financial advice.

The request form displays a local confirmation after required fields are completed. It does not transmit a request, take a payment, or reserve an appointment. A visitor should contact Redmont Counsel directly to confirm the next step. An assistant suggestion or form confirmation does not create a contract.

10. Service agreement and non-waivable rights

A signed engagement agreement identifies the specific work, responsibilities, deliverables, fee, schedule, and any applicable project terms. That agreement governs the paid engagement and should be reviewed before work begins.

This disclaimer is intended to explain the nature and limits of the information and services. It does not excuse fraud, intentional wrongdoing, or a failure to provide an agreed deliverable, and it does not remove any protection or remedy that cannot lawfully be removed. Questions about scope or this disclaimer can be directed to the contact details below.
