Terms of Use

Rules for using the Redmont Counsel website and understanding the information presented here.

Redmont Counsel

Administrative and general management consulting for small businesses.

Established October 1, 2026.
Ridgeland, Mississippi.

Questions about this page can be directed to the contact details at the end.

1. Website purpose and acceptance

The Redmont Counsel website presents administrative and general management consulting services for small businesses. Redmont Counsel was established on October 1, 2026. These Terms of Use govern access to the website, its service descriptions, forms, guided assistant, and other informational content.

By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. A consulting engagement is created through a separate written agreement, not through browsing a page, choosing a service card, interacting with the assistant, or receiving an on-screen confirmation.

2. Business users and authority

The website is intended for adults seeking information on behalf of a small business. If you communicate with us or request an engagement for an organization, you are responsible for having the authority to provide the relevant information and make the request.

Do not impersonate another person or business, submit information you are not authorized to use, or imply that you can bind an organization when you cannot. An initial inquiry does not establish that we have accepted your business as a client.

3. Information is not a complete professional assessment

Website content describes services and general ways in which they may be useful. It is not a personalized assessment of your operations, a complete implementation plan, or a substitute for the judgment of your business owner, manager, or qualified professional.

Examples of circumstances in which a service may help are explanations of scope, not promises about a particular result. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice through this website.

4. Service descriptions and listed fees

The website lists seven consulting services with defined one-time U.S. dollar fees. The fee applies to the described scope. Any additional work, applicable tax, third-party cost, or change to the scope must be disclosed and agreed before it is charged.

Descriptions and availability may change. A written engagement confirms the applicable version, scope, deliverable, timing, responsibilities, and payment terms. The website does not take payment, guarantee an appointment, or promise that every inquiry will be accepted.

5. Request form and confirmations

The request form requires complete contact information, a business name, a service or general-assistance choice, project details, and acknowledgment of how the form works. Custom on-page messages explain missing or incomplete fields.

The current form displays a confirmation locally. It does not send the entered information to Redmont Counsel or book a consultation. Please contact us directly to communicate a request. Do not rely on a displayed confirmation as evidence that we received information, agreed to a deadline, or accepted an engagement.

6. Guided assistant

The Redmont Assistant helps visitors find company information, understand listed services, view prices, navigate the website, and choose a service for the request form. It provides guided answers from website information and does not transmit the conversation to an external AI service.

It cannot approve a project, negotiate a contract, change a fee, guarantee an outcome, provide personalized professional advice, or receive confidential materials on behalf of the company. If the guidance does not answer your question, contact Redmont Counsel directly.

7. Acceptable use

Use the website for legitimate informational and business-inquiry purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, bypass protections, exploit a vulnerability, introduce malicious code, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts normal access.

Do not use forms or other features to harass, deceive, distribute unlawful content, infringe another person's rights, or provide personal data without authority. You are responsible for the material you choose to provide through direct communications.

8. Intellectual property

Website text, layouts, graphics, service descriptions, and other materials are owned by Redmont Counsel or used under an applicable permission. You may view the website and keep reasonable copies for evaluating the services or maintaining a record of an inquiry.

You may not present our content as your own, resell it, use the company name or visual identity to imply an affiliation, or reproduce substantial content commercially without permission. These terms do not grant ownership of materials supplied by another party or override a license that already applies to an asset.

9. Privacy and optional choices

Website information practices are described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy listed in the footer. Optional analytics and marketing permissions are separate from the basic use of the site and from contacting us about a service.

You can decline optional categories and continue viewing the site. The current form and guided assistant do not transmit their entries through the supplied website features. Hosting providers may still process technical information necessary to serve pages and protect their services.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website usable and accurate, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, hosting issues, network problems, or changes to the services. We may correct content, update features, or restrict access where appropriate to protect the website or comply with a legal requirement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device, assistive technology, or browser configuration. Please report an access problem so that we can review it and discuss an alternative way to receive relevant information.

11. No guaranteed business outcome

A consultation, process review, organization plan, operating plan, strategy, performance framework, or written procedure does not guarantee revenue, profit, savings, growth, productivity, employee performance, or a regulatory result. Outcomes depend on information quality, resources, decisions, implementation, and business conditions.

You are responsible for deciding whether a recommendation is appropriate before applying it. Where an issue involves law, tax, finance, employment, safety, or another regulated area, obtain advice from a qualified professional.

12. Limitations and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, website content is provided for informational use without a promise that every item is complete, current, or suitable for your particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused by a visitor's unauthorized misuse or reliance on website information as if it were a completed consulting engagement.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or restricts a right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. The terms of a signed consulting agreement govern responsibility for a paid engagement. These website terms do not silently replace that agreement or create an undisclosed limitation on a mandatory right.

13. Disputes and governing framework

Please contact us first with a website concern, including enough information for us to understand the issue. We will review it in good faith and try to identify a practical resolution. An informal review does not limit a person's right to pursue an available remedy.

These terms are interpreted under the laws of Mississippi to the extent that they apply, without overriding mandatory protections or rights that apply to a user in another jurisdiction. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

14. Updates and contact

The Last updated date identifies this version of the Terms of Use. Changes may be made to reflect the website or business practices. A material change does not retroactively replace the scope or payment arrangement of an existing signed engagement without the parties' agreement.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Questions about these terms can be directed to the contact details below.
